Shift Leader's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Effectively running the shift by assigning team members to designated stations for dinner rush, keeping the team busy during slow times, assigning cleaning/stocking tasks, cooking & properly temping food and filling the make line, helping work the make line as needed, ensuring the make line is clean/stocked and the lobby is being checked throughout the shift, answering phone calls, handling customer complaints; fulfilling online orders, call-in orders and catering orders as needed.

Shift Leader, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assigning team members to designated stations for closing, keeping team members on time with pre-closing tasks, shutting down/cleaning various equipment, closing out the cash drawer and making the nightly deposit, sending nightly numbers to the business owner, inputting the drawer information into the desktop computer, checking over team member's closing stations and locking up the store.

Candidates must demonstrate a sense of urgency and have the ability to multitask.
